1000 SERIES TO DEBUT AT SEA OTTER CLASSIC

Hiplok 1000 Series anti-angle grinder security system will be showcased to thousands of cycling fans at the world’s premier cycling festival, Sea Otter Classic. Visitors to the cycling event in Monterey California next week will be able see the world’s first anti-angle grinder anchors and the new DX1000 for the first time in North America.

Sea Otter marks the North American debut of 1000 Series. 1000 Series follows the successful launch in 2022 of the world’s first portable anti-angle grinder U lock, D1000.  Engineered with the same proven graphene composite material technology, as the original anti-angle grinder U lock Hiplok D1000, the 1000 Series sets a new standard in bike security.  The Hiplok team is looking forward to showcasing the world’s first anti-angle grinder anchors and the new Hiplok DX1000 angle-grinder resistant U lock.

Visitors to Sea Otter will get a full hands-on demo of the world’s first anti-angle grinder anchors and the new DX1000 large angle-grinder resistant U lock. There will also be opportunities to talk security design and development with Hiplok co-founder, Ben Smith as well as enter a competition to bag the ultimate security bundle worth $1,000!
