Meet The Riders
From roadies to mountain bikers, cargo bike enthusiasts to motorcyclists, here are this year’s Hiplok Riders.
Juliet, a multi-discipline bike racer and adventurer, runs one of the biggest female-led cycling YouTube channels. Known for her endless passion for all things thwo-wheeled, her channel showcases bike racing, training, and cycling tips.
Former Royal Marine Commando and elite mountain biker, Ben Deakin, is as equally known for his YouTube exploits as he is for his riding. Regularly tearing down mountains, his riding passion is as noticeable as his habit of sending huge whips over jumps.
GB Triathlete, Meg races Elite, Relay Team and Off-Road Triathlon. She’s often seen on long training rides around Hiplok’s home town of Leamington Spa. And when she’s not in the saddle, she locks down her bike cave with Hiplok.
Maddy, also known as @Cargobikemomma, is a mother of three, from New York City. Maddy and her family can be found cycling in their trusted cargo bikes all around NYC. Maddy is a huge advocate for the urban cargo bike lifestyle.
Tom is a UK-based motorcycle and lifestyle content creator who dives headfirst into all things bikes. His content is like a kid taking apart a pen to see how it works—embracing the chaos, sharing the journey, and having a laugh along the way.
Sam is a playful rider from the Peak District, known for big jumps and “getting sideways.” He thrives on expressing his creativity, passion, and style through mountain biking, constantly pushing his limits, having fun, and seeking new challenges along the way.
Craig is a bike builder and restorer from East London with the goal to save old bikes and give them a new life. You can watch him film the process from start to finish on his YouTube channel ‘2NDLIFEBIKES’ for his followers to enjoy.
“I’m just a regular guy who enjoys riding his bike (maybe too much).” Day or night, rain or shine, you’ll see Marko riding his fixed gear bike. He discovered fixed gear bikes 15 years ago and loved it at first sight, making it a passion that fuels his daily rides.
Maka shares an authentic, affordable bike life on his channels, featuring touring, product testing, and co-directing the Wild South West Rally in Cornwall. He believes the best mod for your bike is mileage—because with it come the best memories.
Natalie, also known as @cakesncycles, rides through the beautiful Peak District, always stopping for the best flat white and pistachio blondie. She’s passionate about getting more women on bikes and has started group rides for all abilities.
Debbie, also known as Duathlon Girl, didn’t start riding a bike until she was nearly 40! She is now passionate about encouraging more women to get cycling! She loves the challenge of learning new disciplines and regularly participates in races.
Marco is a commuter cyclist who turned his passion for cycling and route planning into everyday life. After selling his car, he now cycles to work come rain or shine. A huge cycling advocate, Marco continues to shares his enthusiasm for cycling with others.
Maddy, also known as @Cargobikemomma, is a mother of three, from New York City. Maddy and her family can be found cycling in their trusted cargo bikes all around NYC. Maddy is a huge advocate for the urban cargo bike lifestyle.
