Cancellation policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (unless you're a Hiplok retailer). This is within our 30 day return policy. 

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy describes how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect full payment at checkout, then fulfil at a future date.

If the order has been fulfilled, then you can request a refund in line with our returns policy.
