The biggest UK motorbike show was a great platform to showcase our new anti-angle grinder motorcycle locks, Hiplok 1000 Series. It also gave the Hiplok team an opportunity to get up close to some of the best motorcycles, new e-motorbikes and motorcycle accessories on the market. Electric Motorbikes
Electric motorcycles are big news and the show was bursting with some of the best e-moto on the market.
Maeving
UK-based Maeving are leading on zero emissions travel with sole production of EV Motorcycles. On display was their fastest and most powerful electric motorcycle, the Maeving RM1S. You can now pre-order this higher performance E-moto for city riding later this year.
Cake
Performance electric motorbike company, Cake, are on a mission to produce the world’s cleanest motorcycle. On display at the show, was their fully electric dirt bike, Kalk OR. This performance dirt bike not only looks good but emits no emissions when used.
Zero Motorcycles
Conceived 15 years ago in a Californian garage, Zero Motorcycles now makes a line up of some of the highest performance electric motorcycles in the world. Their stand at the MCL Show was impressive boasting a full range of electric motorbikes, including the top of the range street motorbike, the SL/R which delivers 110 horsepower, has a top speed of 124 mph and a range of 176 miles. Impressive for a motorbike that runs off a lithium battery!

We were excited to preview the world’s first anti-angle grinder anchors and our new bigger DX1000 anti-angle grinder lock at the show. Fun Experiences
The Machine Shop
The Machine Shop, offered free welding lessons. Just like at their subscription-based workshop and training centre based conveniently in the centre of the UK, motorcyclists got a hands-on experience in welding parts for fixing and customising bikes.
Test Ride Zone
With over sixty different motorcycle models on hand to ride, MCL’s test track is one of the most popular parts of the show. It’s a great way to try before you buy. Don’t forget though, if you are investing in a new motorbike, lock up with the best security for motorbikes.
