Can I get multiple Hiploks with the same key?

Yes.

We now offer 1000 Series keyed alike bundles, the 1000 Series Ultimate Moto Bundle and DX1000 Duo Pack.

We also offer a ‘keyed-alike’ service (maximum of 4) on the ORIGINAL, GOLD and HOME series. To order keyed-alike for any of these products, please write ‘keyed alike’ in the notes box during checkout.

How can I get more keys?

Order replacement CODED keys
If you have a Hiplok with CODED keys and have registered the code with us, we can cut you a set of replacement keys. To order, visit the replacement keys product page: https://hiplok.com/product/replacement-keys/

Make sure you add your key code and lock model). Replacement coded key orders come in sets of 3 and are dispatched within 7 days. We charge £15 for this service (not including shipping).If you have not registered with us but have a key with the code on, you can follow the same procedure.

If you have not registered, or don’t have any keys/record of the code then unfortunately there is no way to open the lock or get new keys cut. However, if you have one of our chain locks, you can order a new bike padlock: https://hiplok.com/product/replacement-padlock/

My Hiplok has a problem

In the unlikely event you believe your Hiplok has developed an issue or a fault, please send an email to – support@hiplok.com, Please use the title ‘Warranty Request’ in the subject line.

Please include in your email:

  • Hiplok model
  • Outline of the issue
  • A pic/video of the lock
  • Where the lock was purchase from and any proof of purchase.

We aim to review and respond to all warranty requests within 48hrs. If you haven’t heard from us within this time frame, please call our office on 01926 298 747.

What is Sold Secure?

Sold Secure is a UK-based certification organisation that tests and rates security products, including bicycle and motorcycle locks like chain and D(U) locks, for resistance to attacks. Their Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond ratings provide a clear understanding of security levels.

How does lifetime warranty work?

It’s a 10 year warranty on any keyed chain lock, D lock, AIRLOK, ANKR, JAW & 1000 Series product. Simply register your lock within 30 days of purchase to activate the warranty. You can activate your warranty here.

Lifetime warranty applies to hardware only, fabric sleeves are not included. Fabric sleeves are covered by our standard 12 month manufacturers warranty – replacement sleeves can be purchased separately.

Why register my keys or code?

If you lose your keys, you can order replacement to fit your lock. If you forget your code, you can ask us for a code reminder.
