When Hiplok attended the Bike Shed Moto Show 2026, one of our customers stopped by our stand and shared a real-world theft attempt that was prevented thanks to the Z LOK COMBO.
He had used the Z LOK COMBO to secure his helmet while his bike was parked on the street. During this time, someone attempted to force their way through the lock. Although they were unsuccessful in stealing the helmet, they left visible scratch marks on the lock itself. In frustration, they also keyed the motorcycle, leaving damage that can be seen in the second image.
Despite the attempted theft and resulting damage, the customer told us that the Z LOK COMBO successfully secured his helmet and prevented it from being stolen, which is something we're always pleased to hear.
