You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is within our 30 day return policy. 

To initiate a withdrawal, please complete this form. If we're able to cancel your order before it's dispatched, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation. 

If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return your items to us before we can process your refund - please follow instructions in the returns policy.
