Standard Warranty

Hiplok and Plus 8 Industries Ltd warrant that for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase this product shall be free from material defects in design, material and workmanship.  Should this prove not to be the case, Hiplok and Plus 8 Industries will repair or replace without charge any parts found under normal use to fall short of this standard.

This warranty is in addition to your legal rights in relation to products which are faulty or which otherwise do not conform with this warranty. Advice about your legal rights may be available from your local consumer protection association.

This warranty does not apply to any defect in the product arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, if you use the product in a way that we do not recommend, your failure to follow our instructions, or any alteration or repair you carry out with any part or accessory other than an original Hiplok part or accessory. 

This warranty applies to any repaired or replacement product we supply to you in the unlikely event that the original product is faulty or does not otherwise conform with this warranty.
