Refund policy

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for replacement or refund for the costs of the product, excluding delivery costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, complete with no missing components. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Returns are free for UK customers. You can still return outside the UK within 30 days but will be responsible for the cost of returns.

If the item does not arrive back at our offices within 30 days, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects.

Please allow up to 10 working days from the date we receive your returned item for your refund to be processed.

We will not process any refund or replacement until the product is back in our possession.

If you have any technical issues with your product please email support@hiplok.com before requesting a return to see if we can help resolve the issue first.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, complete with no missing components.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
