International key account manager – leamington spa | Full time
Job Title: International Key Account Manager
Location: Hybrid role, Min 1 day/week at Hiplok HQ (Leamington Spa)
Reporting To: Head of Sales

About the Role:

Hiplok is an innovative and rapidly growing company in the motorcycle, and bicycle security sector. We’re seeking an International Key Account Manager to play a crucial role in our global expansion. In this role, you will manage and grow our international distributor and retailer relationships, driving sales across multiple markets and channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage international distributor and key retail accounts with full revenue and margin accountability
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales to identify, evaluate, and onboard new global distribution partners and retail accounts with a focus on the motorcycle sector
- Conduct regular performance analysis and business reviews of existing accounts to identify growth opportunities
- Support sell-through initiatives by providing in-region sales support, including retailer visits, product training, and merchandising
- Act as a key liaison for market and customer feedback, working cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to align strategies and drive brand performance
- Partner with the Operations team to ensure clear communication and efficient order fulfilment processes
- Represent Hiplok at international trade shows and consumer events, supporting brand visibility and engagement
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in international sales and account management, preferably in the motorcycling or cycling industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building successful business relationships
- Commercially astute with the ability to manage revenue targets and identify new business opportunities
- Willingness to travel internationally (at least one week per month) for retailer visits, customer meetings, events, and trade shows
- Self-starter with excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with international trading partners across all levels of seniority
- Additional language skills are an advantage, but not essential
