Berliner Fahrradschau Follow Up

The BerlinerFahrradSchau is a really cool place to see interesting new products and meet their equally interesting creators. The atmosphere and halls are a really relaxed, fun place to be and the free Gin bar definitely helps get conversations started! We love to show people our new products in person but we also love to walk to cruise the show and see what else is new. This year our co-founder Ben Smith follows up on Berliner Fahrradschau and tells us about 4 things that grabbed his attention.

Bolt together cargo bikes from XYZCargo

Cargo bikes in Fahrradschau

A cargo bike has been on my ‘want list’ for a while now and these bolt together versions are really unique. These bikes from XYZ make use of an orthogonal construction technique to build stiffness into the modular design. This modular design means you can change and upgrade the set up as your use for the bike changes over the years. Pretty cool!

Bike Parka from The People’s Poncho

Last week I rode my bike to work in a gloriously sunny Spring morning. By my evening commute it was dark, cold and raining like hell. I could have used one of these quality ponchos…

Graphic reflective clothing from Ride With Wolves:

The graphics and logo on these t-shirts and bags really caught my eye. As the prints are reflective, they should also catch other road users eyes at night too! Stitched together and printed in the U.K., these London based ladies make some cool looking designs.

OK, technically not a new product, but they definitely grabbed my attention! A cool bunch of guys based in Hamburg building cool track bikes and components:
